The Seacoast SQL Server users group was started in 2010 when some local SQL Server users and fans started talking about the lack of a local meeting. We looped Jason Alexander of Alexander Technology Group into these conversations and one thing led to another and we had an organization! Alexander Technology is a founding partner of this group and they’ve helped us out with meeting space, announcements and lots of pizza.
SQL Server MVPs Mike Walsh and Jack Corbett are the current co-leaders of the User Group and various folks at Alexander Technology Group remain active in sponsoring events and cutting down bureaucracy and paperwork on our behalf!
We are also gracious to the board and leadership at Great Bay Community College for lending us space and support for these meetings!
